THE MENCO STORY
The Beginning
Although we officially began operations in January of 2021, the Menco story started decades earlier.
Our Founder and General Manager, Adam Menor, spent his teenage years working on logging trucks and race cars with his father, developing an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for all things mechanical.
Some twenty years later, after gaining valuable experience in large manufacturing organizations, it was time for Adam and his wife Dianne to start a manufacturing organization of their own.
The Big Move
Adam and Dianne partnered with Dianne’s twin sister Danielle and her husband to form Menco. They acquired a long-established CNC machining business and moved it to a shop in Wausaukee where Adam worked with his father decades prior.
The Foundation
Our Operations Manager, Jason Kakuk, joined the team in January of 2021 and our Lead CNC Machinist, Ty Ganczak, joined the team in February of 2021. They began building a solid foundation of processes to effectively and efficiently provide solutions to our customers.
The Setback & Achievement
Adam had a massive stroke in July of 2024 and spent 2.5 months in the hospital. During this time, Jason stepped up along with Danielle to keep the business moving forward. Also, during this time the company achieved AS9100D certification.
The Big Move Part II
With Adam back to work full-time, the company moved to a larger facility in March 2026. With nearly triple the floor space and a 10-Ton bridge crane, the company is well-positioned to continue to grow.
